1. The service 服务说明

SpookyAI provides free, browser-based Halloween tools and informational articles. All image processing happens locally on your device using HTML5 Canvas; no photos are uploaded to our servers. The tools are provided free of charge, with optional advertising supporting the site.

2. Acceptable use 可接受使用

You agree to use the tools lawfully and fairly. Specifically:

• Do not upload photos of other people unless you have their permission, especially minors.
• Do not use the tools to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit (particularly involving anyone under 18), or that infringes anyone's copyright.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or overload the site, or use it to distribute malware.
• Generated outputs from your own photos may be used for personal and most commercial purposes; if the photo contains other people or brands, that is your responsibility.

3. Intellectual property 知识产权

Your photos and the images you create from them remain yours. The SpookyAI name, logo, site design, written articles, tool code, and bundled sample/preview images are the property of SpookyAI. You may not republish our articles verbatim or resell our sample photos without written permission. Generated prompt text from the AI Art Prompt Generator is intended as a starting point for your own creations.

4. Provided as-is 免责声明

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect effect quality on every photo, or that every tool will meet your specific expectations. Effects are stylized overlays — for example, the costume try-on is a preview, not a guaranteed fit. Always test the result before relying on it for a real purchase decision.

5. Limitation of liability 责任限制

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpookyAI and its maintainer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including cost of replacement services, missed Halloween plans, or decisions made based on our guides. Because no photos are uploaded, there is no server-side breach of your images on our side.
